  • Sleep Reminders - Get bedtime reminders to help train your body for better sleep—and better performance.
  • Body Clock - See up to 90 days of sleep in your Body Clock chart. Tap the Sleep quadrant of My Record to view.
  • Sleep consistency percentages should now accurately reflect how consistent you are in your bedtimes, waketimes, and duration.
  • Fitbit Sleep Data Import - Connect your Fitbit account by selecting More > Manage Apps & Devices > Fitbit. Going forward, you'll see your Fitbit sleep data appear in My Record and Sleep Detail.
  • You can now swipe to delete workouts from your workout list.
  • Fixed a bug to ensure that you’ll be notified when you reach your daily goals. 
  • More than 50 bug fixes and improvements, including:
    • Apple Watch workout tracking is more reliable.
    • Apple Watch no longer crashes when attempting to restore a workout.
    • Fixed a crash that occurred when attaching a photo from a large photo library.
    • Fixed a crash that occurred when deleting a comment on a post.
    • Fixed a crash that occurred when creating a challenge using contacts.
    • Fixed a bug that was causing nutrition tracking preference to revert to Simple Nutrition.
    • Simple nutrition can now be logged for days in the past.
