Updates for Version 3.3

  • Edit sleep: You can now edit previously-logged sleep, log sleep for days in the past, or delete past sleep sessions. Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner of the sleep detail page to get started.
  • New insights: Insights, powered by IBM Watson, now include more personalized data. We’ll identify changes in your usual habits and see how your stats compare to the millions of users in your age and gender range. Share your insights via email, text, or to your favorite social networks, including the UA Record community. Plus, give thumbs up/thumbs down feedback on your insights so you’ll see only the content that matters to you.
  • Improved heart rate graph: Now see your beats-per-minute value in the simple color graph showing the big picture of your workout’s intensity. See how long you spend in each heart rate zone over the course of your workout.
  • UA Band run tracking calibration: Get more accurate distances based on your custom stride length.


  • Your iPhone may close backgrounded apps to improve performance for app multi-tasking. Now, UA Record intelligently recovers during a workout so you can track with confidence.
  • UA Record’s workout tracking has been upgraded to use even less memory while still providing the most accurate GPS and calorie-burn data
  • Apple Watch: See split times during your run with new pace charts.
  • Updated trend graphs now show previous seven days, 30 days, and 12 months so you can see more of the data that’s important to you.
