Record has a new way to help you track your nutrition goals. Each day you can log your caloric intake as light, medium, or heavy. What do these nutrition options mean?
Light - My calorie consumption was light today. Rate a day “Light” if you consumed a light amount of calories. You may rate a day Light if you are on a weight loss plan or taking a rest day or a sick day.
Medium - My calorie consumption was medium today. Rate a day “Medium” if you ate a medium amount of calories. You may rate a day Medium if you are on a weight maintenance plan.
Heavy - My calorie consumption was heavy today. Rate a day “Heavy” if you ate a heavy amount of calories. You may rate a day Heavy if you are on a weight gain plan, needed to fuel up for a strenuous workout, or enjoyed a cheat day.
To log your nutritional intake for the day, open Record to the Dashboard and tap the upper right quadrant labeled "Nutrition," OR tap on the red + icon and select "Food."
From the Log Nutrition page, select the option that best reflects your calories consumed for the day, tap to add a note if desired, and press "Save."
You can change your nutrition log for the day by repeating the process above. Your newest entry will replace your previous nutrition log for the day.
