Weight Goals are a great way to motivate yourself to keep working hard! The Record app defaults to a Weight Goal that matches the weight recorded in your profile. If you'd like to change your Weight Goal to either lose/gain weight, please follow the instructions outlined below.
For iOS users, tap the "More" button in the bottom right of the Dashboard. For Android users, tap the icon with three horizontal lines in the top left of the screen.
From the menu presented, please select "My Profile."
From your profile page, tap the section titled "My Goals."
From the My Goals page, you will be able to set goals for all elements of your health and fitness plan.
