Log/Edit Sleep

To log your sleep for the day, open Record to the Dashboard tap the red + icon and select "Sleep."

          

From the Log Sleep page, use the sliders to select the time you went to bed and the time you woke up, then tap "Save."

 

                           

 

Can I log sleep for days past? 

You can only log sleep for 1 day in the past (yesterday) if you use the red "+" icon to log sleep. You can log sleep for earlier dates by using the < arrow keys > on your Dashboard to toggle to the day of interest. Once viewing the correct day, tap the "Sleep" quadrant > select "Log sleep."

How can I edit an incorrect sleep log?

Android and iOS users can now edit incorrect sleep logs from within UA Record. Make sure you're running the latest version of the app > open UA Record > tap on the Sleep Quadrant and use the arrow keys to toggle to the day for which you'd like to edit your sleep log. You must have an existing sleep log on that day in order to edit.

  • For iOS users, tap the pencil icon > select the log you'd like to edit > use the sliders to correct your sleep & awake times > tap "Save."
  • For Android users, tap the moon icon in the lower right corner > select the log you'd like to edit > use the sliders to correct your sleep & awake times > tap "Save."
