If you're having issues with one of the MapMy applications, submitting a ticket within the application will include additional log files that may help our team to better investigate and resolve your issue.
To submit a log file within the app, follow the instructions below.
Tap the "Menu" icon in the upper left.
Once the Menu opens up on the lefthand side, scroll down and tap to select "Settings."
Once in the Settings Menu, select "Help."
From the "Help" menu, select "Report a Problem!"
From the "Report a Problem" screen, please type out your issue and include a screenshot if you think this would help us to understand your issue. Once completed, tap "Submit!"
