Adequate sleep is a critical component of a healthy lifestyle. The Record app defaults to a Sleep Goal of 7 hours for all users. If you'd like to change your Sleep Goal, please follow the instructions outlined below.
For iOS users, tap the "More" button in the bottom right of the Dashboard. For Android users, tap the icon with three horizontal lines in the top left of the screen.
From the menu presented, please select "My Profile."
From your profile page, tap the section titled "My Goals."
From the My Goals page, you will be able to set goals for all elements of your health and fitness plan.
