Setting realistic fitness goals can help you improve your overall health and wellness. The Record app defaults to a Fitness Goal measured by duration (i.e. 30 minutes spent working out each day) for all users. If you'd like to change your Fitness Goal, please follow the instructions outlined below.
For iOS users, tap the "More" button in the bottom right of the Dashboard. For Android users, tap the icon with three horizontal lines in the top left of the screen.
From the menu presented, please select "My Profile."
From your profile page, tap the section titled "My Goals."
From the My Goals page, you will be able to set goals for all elements of your health and fitness plan.
Please note when setting your daily Workout goal, iOS users can choose either duration or caloric burn, while Android users can only set duration goals.
For iOS users, this means that attainment of your daily workout goal will be dependent on either 1) duration - how long you spent working out that day, or 2) caloric burn - how many calories you burned while working out that day (active calories). Inactive calories, such as calories burned from steps walked throughout the day, will not count toward a Workout Goal for caloric burn.
